Welcome to Dream & Pour Creations (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or clicking “I agree” at checkout, you (“you” or “the customer”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Our products are handmade and customized to your specifications. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Custom Orders

• All tumblers are handmade, custom creations made to order.

• Variations in glitter flow, color, or appearance are natural due to the handmade nature of each piece.

• Once your order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.

2. Shipping & Handling

• We package each cup securely; however, cups may be shaken during shipping, which can cause minor bubbles, shifting of glitter, or changes in flow appearance.

• We cannot control or guarantee the handling of packages once they are in possession of the shipping carrier.

• If your order arrives damaged, you must file a damage claim directly with the shipping company.

• Dream & Pour Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage in transit.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• All sales are final.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered under any circumstances.

• By placing your order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a handmade, customized product.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

• You agree that chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized claims will be considered fraudulent once your order has been fulfilled and shipped as described.

• Any chargebacks or fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

• By clicking the agreement box at checkout, you are confirming your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

5. Product Care & Usage

• Tumblers should not be exposed to extreme heat (such as dishwashers or direct sunlight for long periods).

• Hand wash only — do not soak.

• Avoid dropping or shaking vigorously, as this can affect the internal snow globe solution.

6. Handmade Disclaimer

• Each item is unique — small differences in glitter movement, bubble size, or color tone are normal and part of the charm of a handmade product.

• We do not guarantee identical replication of any design or listing photo.

7. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, photos, and branding (including the Dream & Pour Creations logo) are the intellectual property of Dream & Pour Creations.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our designs or products without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Dream & Pour Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Agreement to Terms

By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that:

• You have read and understand these Terms & Conditions.

• You agree that all sales are final.

• You understand that refunds, exchanges, and chargebacks will not be accepted.

• You release Dream & Pour Creations from liability related to shipping damage, usage, or any third-party carrier issues.
